
Health Guarantee Policy for MY ROYAL PUPPIES
At MY ROYAL PUPPIES, we are dedicated to providing healthy, well-cared-for puppies, and our commitment is reflected in the My Royal Puppies guarantee. This Health Guarantee outlines our promise to you and the measures we take to ensure the well-being of every puppy we sell.
1. General Health Guarantee
All puppies sold by MY ROYAL PUPPIES are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. Each puppy:
- Is examined by a qualified veterinarian before delivery
- Is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
- Is free from visible signs of illness at the time of sale
2. 72-Hour Health Check
We require that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.
If the veterinarian finds a serious health issue that existed prior to delivery, you must notify us immediately and provide a written report from the vet.
Failure to complete this check within 72 hours may void this guarantee.
3. Genetic Health Guarantee
We provide a 12-month guarantee against serious hereditary or genetic conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.
- A licensed veterinarian must diagnose the condition
- Supporting medical documentation must be provided
- We reserve the right to request a second opinion
4. Resolution Options
If a qualifying health issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement puppy (subject to availability), or
- Partial or full refund (at our discretion), or
- Assistance with veterinary costs (as agreed upon)
5. Exclusions
This Health Guarantee does not cover:
- Minor or treatable conditions (e.g., mild infections, parasites)
- Issues caused by improper care, neglect, accidents, or poor nutrition
- Stress-related illnesses after relocation
- Failure to follow vaccination schedules or veterinary advice
6. Buyer Responsibilities
To maintain this guarantee, you agree to:
- Provide proper care, nutrition, and a safe environment
- Keep vaccinations and vet check-ups up to date
- Seek prompt veterinary care if the puppy becomes ill
7. Non-Transferable
This Health Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
MY ROYAL PUPPIES is not responsible for any additional costs beyond what is outlined in this pet health policy, including ongoing medical expenses or emotional distress.
